Durack Civil were engaged by Burke Shire Council to remove a steep crest in Gregory-Lawn Hill Road to improve Sight Distance and road safety.
Works included cut to spoil of 8000 m3 of hard rocky material to existing gravel pit. Works were completed using Trimble GPS machine control equipment - including subgrade treatments and final pavement works.
A large side track was constructed around the works to accomodate local traffic during the works.
