D&C Walcha Street & Middle Street Rehab

Durack Civil was engaged by Walcha Council to develop a design & perform construction works for the rehabilitation of Middle Street and Walcha Street, Walcha. Durack managed both the design development & construction phase for the rehabilitation of Walcha and Middle Street. The scope of works included installing sub-soil drainage, reconstruction of kerb and gutter, reconstruction of watermain, concrete paving, driveways, refuge, kerb ramps, stormwater drainage replacement, fencing, pavement stabilisation with 70/30 slag lime, 30mm AC10 surfacing, linemarking, landscaping. Design & Construct project in an urban environment. Resident & local business challenges with existing utilities.
