Durack Civil was engaged by Isaac Regional Council to construct 10 new concrete floodways as part of various flood damage works throughout the shire.
The works included demolition of existing concrete structures, reconstruction of various culverts and endwalls and earthworks and pavement works to existing causeway sites in Dysart, Middlemount, Clermont and the East Coast.
The works required Durack to construct various concrete structures under half/half traffic staging due to narrow existing road widths and to maintain local traffic access during the works.
