Anglo Access Road & Kianga Yard Works

Durack Civil is partnering with Anglo American and the project design team to reconstruct the Dawson Mine access road and deliver key infrastructure upgrades within the Kianga Yard. The project aims to enhance site accessibility, safety, and operational efficiency within a high-demand mining environment.

Works include the rehabilitation of approximately 1.6 kilometres of heavily deteriorated access road using in-situ cement stabilisation and a high-performance PMB double/double spray seal, delivering a durable, long-term pavement solution suited to ongoing mining operations.

Following road reconstruction, Durack Civil will complete concrete pads and structural works within the Kianga Yard (Orica Blast Yard), supporting critical infrastructure and future production requirements.

Delivered within a live mining environment, the project involves careful staging, close coordination with operational stakeholders, and a strong focus on safety and quality, demonstrating Durack Civil’s capability to deliver integrated civil and concrete solutions across complex resource sector projects.
