Walermare Stage 2 & 3

Durack Civil has been engaged to undertake Stage 2 and 3 of the Walermare subdivision, delivering 51 lots and associated civil infrastructure works. Works include bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, water reticulation, electrical and communications installation, concrete works, pavement construction, asphalt surfacing, and construction of a large bioretention basin.

Scope of works includes 10,000m3 of topsoil stripping, stockpiling and respreading, 60,000m3 of cut to fill earthworks, 8,000m3 of rock ripped with dozers, and 11,000T of rock crushed onsite and reused as fill. Also included 1,500m of electrical and communications installation, 2,000m of stormwater pipe with 75 gullies and pits, 780m of watermain with 18 sluice valves and 17 hydrants, 2,300m2 of concrete footpaths and driveways, construction of a large bioretention basin, 2,500m of concrete kerb and channel, 2,000m3 of quarry pavement material, and 8,500m2 of asphalt.
