Scope
Construction of a 10 lot subdivision in Cairns in accordance with development approval & Far North Queensland Specifications. Earthworks included 9000m3 of import fill under Level 1 geotechnical supervision, concrete sleeper retaining walls, installation of stormwater, water mains, sewer mains, concrete works, electrical reticulation and lighting, estate landscaping. Scheduling works outside wet season. External service works are in close proximity to other services and environmentally significant tree roots to be protected.
