Durack Civil is proud to be engaged by Boldstone for the Walermare Stage 1A & 1B development, located at 49 Cawdor Road, Highfields. This project involves a 42-lot rural subdivision, with significant upgrades to the adjoining council infrastructure on Cawdor Road.

This thoughtfully designed project has been carefully planned to support and enhance the growth of this beautiful community. Durack Civil is managing the intricate balance of road upgrades and stormwater drainage works within a highly active community environment. Our team is leveraging expertise to ensure smooth integration of these upgrades with minimal disruption to local traffic, all while navigating tight constraints from existing infrastructure like overhead power lines and utility poles.
