Construction of a public carpark at the site of the former Mooloolaba Holiday Park, Mooloolaba.
Scope:
Demolition and removal of concrete slabs, Erosion and sediment control, Protection of vegetation, Construction of roadway and parking areas, Drainage, Line marking, Footpaths, Lighting, Vehicle counting system
Challenges:
Proactive planning by all parties enabled the team to produce a quality product within a tight timeframe, without compromising safety.
