Lowood Subdivision

Durack Civil was engaged to deliver early civil works for the Lowood Hills residential subdivision, supporting staged development of new housing infrastructure in the Lockyer Valley region.

The scope of works included site establishment, bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage, and installation of civil infrastructure services, along with erosion and sediment control and integration with existing infrastructure.
