EDQ Meadowbrook Early Civil Works

Economic Development Queensland engaged Durack Civil to deliver all civil works required for a two-lot residential subdivision at 35 University Drive, Meadowbrook. The project forms part of EDQ's broader program to accelerate housing supply in Southeast Queensland in response to significant regional population growth. Works are being delivered under a design and construct model in accordance with Logan City Council development approval.

The scope includes site clearing and grubbing, earthworks to design levels, installation of water, sewer and stormwater services including a 1200mm low-flow pipe between the two on-site lakes, construction of a shared driveway and individual lot access, concrete footpath, retaining walls, erosion control landscaping, and a landscape establishment and maintenance period.
