Scope:
Traffic control, environmental management, clearing and grubbing, topsoil stripping, road excavation, subgrade treatment, culvert installation, pavement construction, bituminous surfacing and road furniture
Challenges:
Extremely tight construction program leading into the wet season required superior planning and supplier coordination
