QLD Hydro Yielo Road Maintenance

Durack Civil is delivering a key access road upgrade along Yielo Road for Queensland Hydro, supporting the Borumba Pumped Hydro Energy Storage (PHES) project. The works ensure safe, reliable, all-weather access to this critical route.

The project includes road maintenance and upgrades such as grading, re-sheeting, widening, realignment, and subgrade stabilisation, along with drainage improvements, vegetation management, and cattle grid works.

Delivered under tight environmental and access constraints, the works are carefully staged to maintain live traffic and continuous site access throughout construction.
