McKinley Sealed Rd Disaster Recovery Repairs

Mckinlay Shire Council engaged Durack Civil to undertake the repair and rehabilitation works to 9 roads in the Julia Creek, Kynuna and McKinlay regions, due to the flooding events in 22/23. The Scope included in-situ pavement stabilisation repair with corrector, heavy shoulder grading with gravel top ups, pothole repairs, clearing of debris, rock protection, concrete reconstruction and repair using flowable concrete. Patch work repairs due to flood damage requiring significant programming and scheduling with multiple suppliers and work groups to ensure efficient progression throughout the project
