Western Downs Regional Council contracted Durack to construct the Cell 1B extension at the Winfield Road Landfill.
Scope included Clearing and tidying of the proposed new landfill cell footprint, Earthworks to form the landfill cell base, Earthwork’s construction of the landfill base and batter liner, Placement of geosynthetic liner components to complete the cell base and batter liners, Tie in of the new geosynthetic liner components.
