Moreton Bay Regional Council Landslips

Durack Civil have been engaged by Moreton Bay Regional Council to undertake remediation works on 6 separate landslip sites. The remediation works as designed by ARO included bulk excavation, soil nailing and shotcreting via rope access, micropile and tie beam construction and reconstruction of failed slips with detailed benching and rock fill backfilling. Managing logistics on the size sites across the City of Moreton Bay region has proven challenging due to their locations on narrow hinterland roads, complicating traffic management, construction activities and site setup planning.
