Landsborough Highway 13B

TMR engaged Durack to reconstruct a 5 km section of the Landsborough Highway between Tambo and Augathella Qld.

The Landsborough Highway is the principal north-south route serving western Queensland. It is an important link for local industry and tourism and is part of the national highway system linking Darwin and Brisbane. The link is a Type 2 road train route, over dimension and hazardous vehicles also use this route.

The scope of work included earthworks, drain construction, pavement construction, bitumen seal, linemarking and road profiling.
