Economic Development Qld engaged Durack to construct a new industrial subdivision in the Aldoga Precinct of the Gladstone State Development Area.
The circuit is an approximately 2,500m long sealed carriageway and will provide a permanent access for current and future development proponents. Euroa Circuit is considered critical enabling infrastructure that will unlock development potential of the lots serviced by the circuit and is integral to the region’s attractiveness to future development proposals.
The scope of works included bulk earthworks, large culvert structures, demolition works, electrical conduit, cement treated pavements, asphalt and bitumen seal, linemarking, tree clearing, sediment control and kerb and channel works.
Durack was required to maintain access for other local stakeholders via an alternative access route during construction.
