Different Headgear, Same Legacy

JT Academy x Durack

As we celebrate NAIDOC Week, and with State of Origin kicking off tonight, it's a reminder that some of the greatest legacies aren't built on the field, they're built in communities.

We're incredibly proud to announce our partnership with the Johnathan Thurston Academy

Like Durack, the Johnathan Thurston Academy believes that every young person deserves an opportunity. Not a handout, but a pathway. A chance to build confidence, learn skills, find meaningful work and become leaders in their own communities.

That's something we care deeply about.

Over the years we've had the privilege of working in many remote and regional communities across Australia. We've met incredible young people with enormous potential. Sometimes all that's missing is someone to believe in them, open a door and walk alongside them.

That's exactly what this partnership is about.

Together, we want to create opportunities that last well beyond the projects we build. Because roads, runways and infrastructure are important—but helping build strong people and strong communities is an even greater legacy.

Johnathan has carried the Queensland jersey with pride for many years.

Through the JT Academy, he's now carrying something even more important: hope, opportunity and leadership for the next generation.

We're honoured to help carry that flag alongside him.

Happy NAIDOC Week, and good luck to everyone taking the field tonight.

The future is built by those willing to invest in the next generation.
